The Good Earh training method enables our employees to work more efficiently as they are prepared and confident to perform tasks and responsibilities with integrity, respect and pride.
All team members are trained on proper use and treatment of all supplies, equipment, vehicles and any situation that may create safety hazards. All personnel must comply with federal, state and local protection laws on fire regulations, environmental requirements as well as aspects of Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA). This training assures the safety and health of our workforce.
